M3SE serial number

Each M3SE unit has a unique, 16-byte serial number. It can be obtained using the GETSER/CMD utility:

	GETSER
 	M3SE Serial Number: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

This allows for about 3.4x10^38 M3SE and MISE units to be produced. I'd better get back to soldering.
